  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels (about 8 ears)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp blackening seasoning
  • 1 lbs peeled and deveined large fresh shrimp (tails left on)
  • Garnish: sliced green onions, fresh basil
