  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt, and more to taste
  • 2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, and more if needed
