For the Sesame Ginger Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha or more to taste
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled

For the Salad

  • 8 cups mixed greens of your choice 8 oz
  • 1 crisp Asian pear or very firm regular pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 firm-ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
