For the Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup peanut oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Sriracha or more to taste
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
For the Salad
- 8 cups mixed greens of your choice 8 oz
- 1 crisp Asian pear or very firm regular pear, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 firm-ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
