  • 1 can evaporated milk 12oz
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 cup Italian mascarpone 4oz
  • 4 extra-large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pure maple extract
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest 2 oranges
  • 1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
