Peach, Please…Don’t Let This End

Soft grilled peaches, creamy ricotta, and a drizzle of spicy honey—it’s the grand finale your summer didn’t know it needed.

Grilled Peaches with Whipped Ricotta and Spicy Honey

I can’t believe we’ve made it to the final recipe in the Peach, Please series. My heart? A little broken. My fridge? Smells like sunshine and stone fruit. This series has been everything I love about food—seasonal, fun, indulgent, and a little chaotic.

And this last dish? It’s a love letter to simplicity. I’m grilling juicy peaches, whipping ricotta until fluffy, and topping it all with a hot honey drizzle that brings the heat and the sweet. It’s unfussy, elegant, and crowd-pleasing—and honestly, it might be my favorite of the series. (But don’t tell the cinnamon rolls.)

Let’s get to it. Because life’s been so peachy lately…and the PIT of my heart isn’t ready to say goodbye.

Why this Recipe Works

Juicy grilled peaches – Quick grill marks caramelize the sugars for an irresistibly smoky-sweet bite.

Fluffy whipped ricotta – Light, creamy, and slightly salty, it balances the sweetness of the peaches.

Spicy honey drizzle – A mix of hot sauce, honey, and Creole seasoning gives it a slow-burning kick.

Textural perfection – Pistachios on top add crunch, color, and just the right amount of salt.

Fast and fabulous – You’re serving up summer on a plate in under 20 minutes.

Tips for Making Grilled Peaches with Whipped Ricotta and Spicy Honey

Use ripe but firm peaches so they hold their shape while grilling. Too soft and they’ll collapse.

Don’t skip the lemon zest—it brightens the whipped ricotta and complements the peaches perfectly.

Preheat your grill pan well to get those bold grill marks fast without overcooking.

Add more hot sauce if you like your honey spicy-spicy. Start with 2 tsp and go up from there.

Serve warm or at room temp—it’s forgiving and flexible for entertaining.
